The main cause of the Polish Presidential plane crash that killed then Polish President Lech Kaczynski in April 2010 was the crew's decision not to land at a reserve airfield, the head of Russia's Interstate Aviation Committee (MAK) Tatyana Anodina said on Wednesday, RIA Novosti reported.
"During the flight, the Tu-154 jet's crew members repeatedly received information about the poor weather conditions at the destination airfield," Anodina said.
Anodina also said the crashed jet was in good working order.
