An explosion shocked Pul-e-Khumri city in northern Baghlan province of Afghanistan on Tuesday.
"The blast happened at around 09:40 a.m. local time in Pul-e- Khumri Chawk area, casualties feared," an official told Xinhua but declined to give his name, saying authorized officials will speak to media.
