The head of the Russian delegation, presidential assistant Vladimir Medinsky, in his Telegram channel, said that the delegations of Russia and Ukraine had decided to hold the next face-to-face round of negotiations from March 29 through March 30.
Thereafter, the office of the Turkish president reported that during telephone conversations, Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Vladimir Putin agreed to hold a meeting of delegations in Istanbul.
