Fresh quake hits central Georgia

A 3.7-magnitude tremor hit 40 kilometres west from Georgian capital Tbilisi on Sunday. The earthquake occurred at 11:00 am, Ilia State University's Center for Seismic Monitoring reported.
Fresh quake hits central Georgia

A 3.7-magnitude tremor hit 40 kilometres west from Georgian capital Tbilisi on Sunday. The earthquake occurred at 11:00 am, Ilia State University's Center for Seismic Monitoring reported.

The quake's epicentre was near the village of Tejimi, Tsalka District. The earthquake that was second in same district in less than 24 hours caused no damage or casualties.

On Saturday a magnitude-3.1 earthquake occurred with an epicentre in Bashkoy village, 5 km north-east of the town of Tsalka.
