Management at the Azerbaijani Caspian Development Bank OJSC underwent changes and as a result Nadir Yildirim was appointed the chairman of the bank's managing board, the bank told Trend Jan. 11.
Caspian Development Bank OJSC is one of the first commercial banks registered in Azerbaijan.
Founded in 1988 under name Universal Bank, and operating named Kovsar Bank since September 24, 2001, the bank received a new license to conduct banking activities January 26, 2015 and entered the market of the country under the new name of Caspian Development Bank OJSC.
The bank said that earlier Yildirim was head of the branch of Turkish Finans Katilim Bank in Antalya, and before that, he had worked for a long time in the Turkish Shekerbank.
At his new post Yildirim succeeded Ibrahim Alishov, who was appointed chairman of the supervisory board at the Caspian Development Bank.
