A preliminary investigation on the criminal case was completed.
Considerable amount of funds was stolen by the head of "Ganja-2" branch of OJSC Demirbank Gurbanov Farid, treasurer of the branch Zabil Hasanov and person dealing with business activity Malik Huseynov.
The accused are charged under articles 179.3.2 (embezzlement) and 313 (forgery) of the Criminal Code.
A criminal case was submitted to the Azerbaijani Heinous Crimes Court, the report said
