The Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (ACSDA) intends to hold exit-poll during the parliamentary elections, ACSDA Electoral Staff Head Maharram Zulfugarli told journalists on Friday.

The Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (ACSDA) intends to hold exit-poll during the parliamentary elections, ACSDA Electoral Staff Head Maharram Zulfugarli told journalists on Friday.

"The ACSDA collegial meeting will decide on conducting exit-poll," Zulfugarli said. "The relevant decision will be made Sept.15."

Only one local organization - the Centre for Independent Studies ELS conducted exit-poll tt the last elections held in Azerbaijan.

Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for Nov. 7. The elections are held by the majority system in 125 constituencies.

Association plans to conduct the registration of observers, organize trainings for observers in all regions by local staff and t conduct outreach work to increase voter turnout in the regions from September.
