Azerbaijani MP Ganira Pashayeva will attend the Global Summit of Women to be held in Istanbul, Turkey, on May 5-7, the Parliament reported.
The summit will be devoted to the theme "Women: Bridging solutions to the 21st century".
Pashayeva will present a report at the event to highlight the state of women`s rights, successes and problems in Azerbaijan.
During the visit, Pashayeva will meet with participants from different countries, women MPs, senior public policy makers and representatives of the business world. She will inform them about the Armenian aggression and occupation of 20 percent of Azerbaijani territory by Armenia, as well as about the prisoners and hostages.
