The preparatory trial of former Georgian Parliamentary Speaker Nino Burjanadze's husband Badri Bitsadze was to be held in the Tbilisi City Court today. However, it has been postponed to July 20, Bitsadze's lawyer Levan Samushia told media.
He said the preparatory process was to be held.
"But the current process has been postponed at the request of the prosecutor," the lawyer said.
Bitsadze is wanted. He is charged with creating an illegal armed group.
