Azadlyg bloc appealed to the court to file a suit on the Baku City Executive Power, Sardar Jalaloglu, the co-chair of the bloc, told Trend.
The Sabayil Court has been submitted the appeals, which accuses the Baku Executive Power of abuse of power, as well as irregular actions directed at breaking the citizens’ rights for freedom of assembly.
Jalaloglu noted that the charges were paid on the Central Elections Commission (CEC). They also prepare an appeal to the Constitution Court to investigate whether the head of state executes his duties secured by the Constitution. Shortly, the appeals will be presented to the Constitution Court.
