Miralioglu said that they had talks with some political parties to bring the opposition together, but did not achieve an agreement. Therefore, they established the movement.
Miralioglu stressed that the NDM was open for all political parties and interested people.
The newly established movement was organized by Ulvi Hakim, Jahangir Bayoglu, Tofig Seytid and Vugar Beyturan, who first plan to establish Organizing Committee to rule NDM.
