“The goal of the visit of the OSCE High Level Planning Group to the region of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is to discuss the planning of the deployment of peaceful forces in the region,” Anjey Kaspshik, the personal representative of the acting OSCE chairman, told Trend.

“We have not dealt with issue for a long time, it is normal technical process,” Kaspshik said. The diplomat denied the information that the visit of the group was related to the urgent settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Kaspshik noted that he would leave for Nagorno-Karabakh in Jnauary. Touching upon the frequent violations of the cease-fire, the diplomat stated OSCE did not satisfy with the situation. According to Kaspshik, existence of victims from the both sides complicates the situation. “We don’t consider any settlement way of the conflict except political one,” he underlined.
