Ali Aliyev, the chairman of the Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP) appealed to the Justice Ministry on Tuesday in connection with the repeated registration of the party, Trend reports.
He said that after the conference of the ANIP held on 22 January it is necessary to submit documents to the Justice Ministry. Aliyev underlined that they collect documents necessary for registration, as well as copies of resolutions adopted in the conference, supplements and changes to the Charter of the ANIP, a protocol of the conference for the presentation to the Justice Ministry.
Commenting on the claims by the opposite side on the name of ANIP, split into two parts, Aliyev said that there was no necessity for continuing the debates on the name of the party. Let the Justice Ministry to consider the documents and take a resolution, Aliyev underlined.
