Renowned Azeri conductor passed away in Turkey

A renowned Azerbaijani conductor, professor Nazim Rzayev, 81 year old, passed away in Turkish city, Eskishehir.

Being a laureate of USSR and Azerbaijani awards, Rzayev made a huge contribution into popularization of Azerbaijani classical music.

Last years of his life, Rzayev spend in Turkey, like many other Azerbaijani artists he was teaching there. He was a professor in State Conservatory of Anadolu university.
