A meeting of the working group for economic and democracy development of GUAM has commenced its work in Baku today. The meeting is held under the chair of Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
Representatives of Internal Ministers of GUAM Member-States, as well as international organizations of US are taking part in the work of the meeting. Participants of the event discussed issues on the joint struggle with organized crime, illegal drug trafficking, and terrorism.
Vilayyat Eyvazov, First Assistant of Azerbaijan Interior Minister, took part in the meeting. In his report, Mr. Eyvazov told about activities carried out in 2006.
Participants of the event discussed perspectives of the activity of the virtual centre, as well as organization and practical action plan for 2007.
