On 19 February, the session of the Organizational Committee for Preparation to Congress and Central Control and Inspection Commission of Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP) dismissed the ADP from his position, Trend reports.
The member of the Organizational Committee, Hasrat Rustamov, said that the reason, as well as other factors, that Rasul Guliyev was dismissed was because he insulted members of the ADP during a telephone conversation at the meeting held by a group of ADP members.
