The information on the agreement to be reached only by the Presidents of the two countries regarding the David Garechy Complex does not correspond to reality, Mammadov said. According to him, these issues are not resolved by the Presidents, but by the bilateral commissions. "Devising documents, maps and defining borders are at the disposal of the commissions. We have not received an order regarding this issue," Mammadov added.
