Azerbaijan has not Made Order to Give David Garechy Complex to   Georgia: Chairman of the State Commission

Trend Sh.Alizade / The Chairman of the State Committee on Land and Cartography, Garib Mammadov, said on 18 May, that the State Commission on Delimitation and Demarcation of the Lands Between Azerbaijan and Georgia did not receive an order on giving the David Garechy Complex to Georgia. The information on the agreement to be reached only by the Presidents of the two countries regarding the David Garechy Complex does not correspond to reality, Mammadov said. According to him, these issues are not resolved by the Presidents, but by the bilateral commissions. "Devising documents, maps and defining borders are at the disposal of the commissions. We have not received an order regarding this issue," Mammadov added. The Commission on Delimitation and Demarcation does not determine the borders of any churches and historical monuments, he concluded. .
