The project of the project has been developed. The document will be passed in 2008 in spite a lot of work has been done in this direction.
The national strategy to increase transparency and struggle against corruption was envisaged in work of lawyers and judges. The Bar Association was ordered to develop and pass ethnic behavior for lawyers.
Rashid Hajili, a member of the Bar Association stated that passing of the Code will cause increase of trust to the Association.
The functioning of lawyers in Azerbaijan has been regulated by the bill on Lawyers and judges and Charter of Bar Association.
There are 780 members in the Bar Association.
