Umayra Tagiyeva, the Deputy Director of the National Ecology Department of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry, reported that a little rain will be observed on 26 and 27 February.
It will be partly cloudy on 27 and 28 February, with no rain. Temperatures will make up 1 to 3 degrees in the evening and 9 to 12 degrees in the afternoon. .
On 26 February, snow is expected to fall in some mountainous regions. No rain is expected on 27 and 28 February.
The significantly change in atmospheric pressure, a growing north and south wind on the Absheron Peninsula may negatively affect on people with heart disease.
