A draft of arrangements providing security in all Azerbaijani education institutions is being preparing, head of the Education Ministry Executive Office Ilham Pirmammadov told Trend .
"Serious measures will be taken in order to provide security in all Azerbaijani secondary and higher education institutions," Pirmammadov said. .
Today, an armed man opened fire in the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. According to preliminary investigation, minimum 13 people were killed and 18 wounded as the result of shooting in the second building of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, Trend correspondent quoted Law Enforcements Department as saying.
