Trial over Azerbaijani citizen Agayev Orkhan's murder was launched in Strasbourg today, Alsace Heinous Crimes Court told Trend .
Orkhan Agayev was killed in Strasbourg on Jan.7, 2008.
On the first day the court heard the information on Nicole Stuzmane accused of murder. The court also heard Stuzmane's answers. The trial found contradictions between the initial statement of the defendant and his statements at the trial.
Thirty two-year-old Nicole Stuzmane has been convicted for various violations of the law earlier. The court will continue the process with witnesses' testimonies.
