The Baku executive power invites residents of the capital for the flower festival.
The flower festival is dedicated to the 88th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev's birthday, the Baku executive power said.
The celebrations will be held in the park in front of the Heydar Aliyev Palace on May 10 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
The concert will be organized in the National Park near the clock tower at 9:00 p.m.
