AGHDAM, Azerbaijan, May 6.The visit of Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Turchin to Fuzuli and Aghdam has concluded, Trend reports.
According to information, during the visit, the Prime Minister reviewed the Aghdam industrial park, the project of agro-town to be implemented in the village of Kizil-Kengerli, and the village of Sarijali.
The head of the Belarusian government inquired about the work done here during his visit to the industrial park.
Afterwards, they toured the village of Sarijali. Then they visited the Aghdam village of Kizil Kengerli. Within the framework of acquaintance, Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov and Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture Dovletkhan Dovletkhanov talked about the agrarian town to be created in the village.
Moreover, it was noted that the agrarian village will be created with the participation of Belarusian specialists. The project will have a significant impact on the comprehensive development of settlements in Aghdam district, revival of rural areas, economy of the region.

During his visit, Turchin toured the Agdam Industrial Park and was briefed on the upcoming agro-city project set to be developed in the village of Gizil Kangarli.
The agreements signed between Azerbaijan and Belarus on October 3, 2024, outline plans to advance agricultural production in the Aghdam region and to design an agro-town in the village of Gizil Kangarli.
