The chairman of the Caucasus Religious Board, sheik-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazada will pay an official visit to the Kingdom of Jordan July 4 to 5.
The purpose of the visit is to participate in the international conference, Realities of Islam and the Role of Islam in Modern Society, to be hosted in the Jordanian capital, Amman, under the aegis of the Jordanian King, Abdullah II.
It is expected that Mr. Pashazada will be received by King Abdullah II, to discuss issues of biulateral and regional cooperation.
Sheik-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazada has been invited to the gathering as a member of the Royal Academy. During his visit, the religious leader of Caucasian Moslems will also have meetings with Jordanian officials and other participants of the conference.
