The first center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASAN Service) will be opened in Shusha, Head of the Public Relations Department of the ASAN Service Elnur Niftaliyev told Trend.
According to him, after the return of Azerbaijani citizens to the liberated territories, ASAN service centers will start operating there.
"The first such center will be set up in our cultural capital Shusha. The project has already been approved. As for other liberated territories, they are undergoing mine-clearance and infrastructure construction. Of course, once the necessary conditions are created, the ASAN service centers will also be established in other liberated lands," Niftaliyev said.
