BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 11. The amount of goods and services in industrial sector of Baku amounted to 56.1 million manat ($33 million) from January through September 2022, Trend reports via Baku City Statistics Department.
According to the statistics department, the mining industry accounted for 85.6 percent, the processing industry - 12.5 percent, production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam - 0.5 percent, water supply, purification and waste processing - 0.5 percent.
The share of the private sector in the industrial field was 90.8 percent.
The share of industrial products in total output was 96.5 percent, and industrial services accounted for 3.5 percent.
Supplies of finished goods worth 476.6 million manat ($280.3 million) were stored in the warehouses of industrial enterprises as of October 1,2022.
The warehouses of industrial enterprises also contained other products worth 63.9 million manat ($37.5 million) purchased from other enterprises and intended for sale.
