Azerbaijan, Baku, 27 February / Trend corr U. Ismayilova/ The Azerbaijani insurance company Azergarant plans to attract foreign investors, the Deputy Chair of the Board Shukur Huseynov said n 27 February.
According to Huseynov, for this purpose on 22 February the company changed its property form from closed joint-stock company (CJSC) to open joint-stock company (OJSC), which will create conditions to increase the capitalization. Azergarant's authorized capital comprises AZN 1mln.
Presently, the company is completely changing its documentation where its property form is indicated, Huseynov said.
Azergarant providing 26 varieties of insurance services, with 4 of them obligatory, has been operating since 1993.
