A final agreement on the Treaty on the international transit fare was signed in Tbilisi.
The document was signed as a result of the 22nd meeting of the parties to the Treaty on the international transit fare, of which main objective was to improve the transit tariffs and improve the contract.
A source at the Georgian Railway told Trend that the prices specified in the contract will be used as base both for local and international transportations.
The meeting was attended by representatives of 13 countries - Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Moldova, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
