A regular meeting of the consultative working group, established within the project "Increasing the potential of the State Labour Inspection Service" has been recently held with the participation of international experts.
The establishment of the National Council for Labor Safety and Health Protection was discussed, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security said.
This project is implemented within the project "Development of social protection", realized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security jointly with the World Bank.
"The Council will be established with representatives from the ministries, the Azerbaijani National Confederation of Entrepreneurs, the Azerbaijan Confederation of Trade Unions and other relevant bodies," the statement said.
The report on the activity of the project during the year was discussed. The new documents were considered.
