Trade relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan have reached a new stage in its development, said in Baku Turkish State Minister of Foreign Trade Issues Zafer Caglayan
According to him, the visit of the Turkish delegation in Azerbaijan has become a new step in the development of trade relations between the two countries.
Caglayan said that Turkey encouraged the development of Azerbaijan's economy, even amid the global financial crisis.
The Minister, voicing plans for the development of the country until 2023, noted that this period exports of Turkey would reach $ 500 billion.
Caglayan said that since the beginning of the year until July 25, Turkish exports reached $ 75 billion, while nine years ago it stood at 36 billion dollars.
The Minister emphasized the high level of current relations between the two countries in all spheres and the importance of further enhancing cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
