Big foreign investors willing to invest in Tashkent City project

Well-known companies from Germany, South Korea and the UK are engaged in implementation of the Tashkent City, a large-scale urban development project in the capital of Uzbekistan, with the project itself being under the personal control of the head of state, the administration of the International Business Center (IBC) said.

The project is implemented exclusively with financial injections of domestic and foreign investors in line with a relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Town planning documentation, architectural concept and engineering design are also developed with the funds of foreign and local investors.

The whole territory is divided into eight separate lots, each with different stages of completion of work until the end of 2021 and investors.

Preference was given to the most experienced players with worldwide reputation. Although the deadline for completion of the construction has already been approved, the number of those willing to invest in creation of the international business center continues to increase.

Meetings with foreign business delegations are organized, agreements are reached. The administration of the Tashkent City is establishing contacts, redirecting interested investors to other facilities under construction across the city and the whole country.
