Azerbaijan’s bread producer company Brot Baku plans to open a new line of bakery products, a source in the company told Trend.
The source noted that the company plans to establish a full production cycle until the end of this year.
“In parallel, we plan to expand the bread varieties and increase production potential,” the source said. “The company has several varieties of bread products made by Italian, Russian and German technology. The company plans also to introduce French technology into production. The volumes of bread production are small, we produce only up to 700-750 loaves of bread per day, and we plan to increase these volumes up to 1,000 loaves by the end of the year.”
The source also noted that the company has a stable customer base, and the products are fully sold at the points of sale.
The bread is sold at a retail price of 1.5 manats mainly in the Bazar Store and the Bravo chain of stores, according to the source.
