Rattan, an Azerbaijani manufacturer of wicker furniture, plans to expand the production volumes in order to expand the geography of supplies, a source in the company told Trend.
The company plans to increase the supply of furniture to the countries of the region and to some CIS countries, according to the source.
“The company’s production volumes mainly depend on the number of orders both domestically and abroad,” the source noted. “The demand for furniture products of our company is quite high We receive orders from neighboring countries as well as the CIS countries.”
“Considering the capabilities of the company, we plan to increase export potential and production volumes,” the source said. “Last year, these indicators increased by 10 and 20 percent, respectively. This year we plan to increase production and export volumes by at least 20-25 percent. On average, the company monthly sells products worth from 100,000 manat ($58,824) to 150,000 manat ($88,236).”
