Rattan company, an Azerbaijani manufacturer of wicker furniture, plans to export products to post-Soviet states, a source in the company told Trend.
According to the source, the company plans to export furniture to Georgia, as well as to several CIS countries.
"This year we are going to increase the company’s production volume up to 25 percent. On average, the company sells products in the amount from 120,000 manat ($70,588) to 150,000 manat ($88,235) a month," the source added.
The company is working on the development of new types of wicker furniture.
"The product range will be replenished already in the first half of this year. Basically, we are talking about new types of wicker arbors, and sofas," the company said.
Rattan company produces high-quality and stylish furniture by using artificial rattan. As stated, Rattan is the only company in Azerbaijan consisting of a professional team of designers and makers of modern furniture.
