BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 26. Iran’s export of non-oil products through the customs of Sistan and Baluchestan Province (south-eastern Iran), increased by 3 percent in value and 8 percent in volume (compared to the same period of the preceding year), during the first 10 months of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2022 through January 20, 2023), Supervisor of Sistan and Baluchestan Province Customs Office Mohammad Ali Khashi told reporters, Trend reports referring to ISNA.

Khashi noted that overall, 3.72 million tons of non-oil products worth approximately $1.26 billion were exported through customs of the province in 10 months.

He added that the exported goods were mainly cement, travertine stone, coal, dates, liquefied natural gas (LNG), vegetables, washing powder, raisins, shrimp, canned fish, etc.

“The mentioned goods were mainly exported to Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, Iraq, Kuwait, UAE, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Tajikistan, Lebanon and other countries,” the official said.

In general, Iran exported more than 103 million tons of non-oil products worth $45.3 billion within the first 10 months of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2022, through January 20, 2023). This is an increase of 2.9 percent in value and 17 percent in volume compared to the same period last Iranian year.
