On June, the Transport Ministries of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey to meet in Baku, within the project Opening of Railway Communication on the Kars Akhalkalaki Tbilisi Baku route. Azerbaijan`s Prime Minister Artur Rasizade told IAA Trend.
The meeting will focus on the realization of the project, technical-economical substantiation and financing, said the Primer Minster.
The Ministry will discuss and adopt the last draft of the project to be submitted to the Prime Ministers. At present there are three variants of technical-economical substantiation. The average value of the project is estimated as $400 m.
