The Turkish Organization for Development and Cooperation (TIKA) plans to render technical assistance to the State Service for Registration of Real Estate. The State Service informed Trend that there were discussions on cooperation in this direction during a meeting held at the Central Administration of the State Service with the head of the Azerbaijani office of TIKA and Baku Coordinator of the Organization, Sehrat Kuchukkurt.
The meeting will consider the protocol of intention concluded between the State Service and Central Department for Topography and Cadastre at the Turkish Ministry of Land on 23rd June 2006.
The document envisages cooperation in the direction of improvement of a system on registration of ownership rights over real estate and the development of cadastre cards.
