As of August 22, 2013, the daily volume of gas supplied to the Azerbaijani population amounted to 5.2 million cubic meters compared to 5.4 million cubic meters as of July 29, a source at SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) told Trend on Thursday.
According to the State Oil Company, around 3.1 million cubic meters of the total volume of daily consumed gas in the country fell to Baku.
"Currently, around 2.1 million cubic meters of gas fell to the regions of the country," the source at SOCAR noted.
Production Association of SOCAR, Azerigas is engaged in distribution and sale of gas in the territory of Azerbaijan.
