By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: Kazakhstan reduced its coal production by 2.7 per cent in January - October 2013 compared to the same period of 2012, Novosti-Kazakhstan reported with the reference to the Kazakh Statistics Agency.
Coal and coal at a concentrated production level hit 94.950 million tons in the reporting period.
Kazakhstan's electricity production increased 2.6 per cent to 74.888 billion kWh in January-October.
Heating production decreased by 2.3 per cent to 75.792 million Gcal.
