Uzbekneftegaz JSC received an industrial gas inflow at well N204 at Alan field of Mubarek oil and gas production department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, Trend reports citing the company's press service.
As a result of perforation work performed at 2762-2940 meters and the installation of filter, industrial gas inflow with daily flow rate of 120,000 cubic meters and 2,8 tons of gas condensate was obtained.
Alan gas condensate field is located in the Mirishkor district of Kashkadarya region. It was commissioned in 1979.
Earlier it was reported that Uzbekneftegaz JSC received an industrial gas inflow at well N16 at Arslan field of Ustyurt oil and gas production department. Commercial gas inflow was received with daily flow rate of 150,000 cubic meters and two tons of gas condensate was obtained.
The national holding company Uzbekneftegaz is a state-owned holding company and the largest state company in Uzbekistan. The company ranks 11th in the world's natural gas production.
At the beginning of 2020, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed Uzbekneftegaz to thoroughly analyze each field and ensure the increase in gas production.
