During 2020, 2773 technical and 356 geological measures were carried out on Azneft PU at Azerbaijan’s Bulla Deniz field, and as a result, 54.2 thousand tons of oil was extracted from technical measures and 385.2 thousand tons from geological measures, Trend reports with reference to Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR.
In general, in order to optimize the technological and economic processes of oil and gas production, scientific research, design work has been expanded, modern equipment and technologies have been tested and applied in production. In particular, positive results have been obtained from the application of depth pumps of various designs, chemical compositions, nanotechnologies, new repair and operation equipment, and this work is being successfully continued.
Completion work is being carried out on well No. 113 in FOP No. 6 at the field. Drilling of exploration well No. 91 from the jacket No. 12 intended for drilling 5 wells at the field was completed by Complex Drilling Works Trust, the well was put into operation. Drilling of well No. 122 in FOP No. 122 has been completed and the well is being operated. The first and second production complexes for the construction of the oil mine No. 2A in the field have been completed, and the facility is in operation.
