Energy Exchange of Iran reveals products on sale for Sept.19

BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 19. More than 48,800 tons of various hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on September 19, Trend reports.

Of the mentioned volume, 33,100 tons will be on sale on the domestic floor of the energy exchange.

The following goods are to be offered:

- Iranian Khangiran Gas Refining Company’s 5,010 tons of gas condensate;

- Shazand Oil Refining Company’s 5,000 tons of CSO and 1,000 tons of normal hexane products;

- Iranoil Oil Company’s 3,040 tons of heavy extracts (DAE-40) and 728 tons of light extracts (DAE-10);

- Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company’s 3,000 tons of Raffinate, 3,000 tons of reformate and 3,000 tons of heavy hydrocarbon products;

- Abadan Oil Refining Company’s 3,000 tons of LCO;

- Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company’s 1,060 tons of solvent-402;

- Shiraz Oil Refining Company’s 1,000 tons of iso-feed;

- Esfahan Oil Refining Company’s 720 tons of solvent 402 712 tons of solvent-503, 356 tons of solvent-502, 178 tons of solvent-400 and 178 tons of solvent-410 products;

- Tabas Parvadeh Coal Company’s 600 tons of heavy tar oil;

- Khuzestan Steel Company’s 308 tons of liquid nitrogen, 308 tons of liquid oxygen products;

- Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s 200 tons of liquefied gas, 120 tons of MTBE and 110 tons of heavy distillate products;

- Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Company’s 200 tons of liquid nitrogen and 75 tons of liquid oxygen products;

- Jam Petrochemical Company’s 200 tons of heavy distillate.

Furthermore, over 15,700 tons products will be on sale on the international floor of the IRENEX:

- Iranian Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company’s 4,000 tons of hydrocarbons, 3,000 tons of Raffinate and 1,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG);

- National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company’s 4,000 tons of aviation fuel (ATK);

- Tabriz Oil Refining Company’s 3,000 tons of LPG;

- Tabriz Petrochemical Company’s 300 tons of hydrocarbons (C7-C9) and 200 tons of pentane products;

- Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s 240 tons of MTBE products.

Meanwhile, total sales at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) stood at 67.7 trillion rials (about $164 million) during the last Iranian week (September 9 through September 13, 2023), representing a 144 percent increase from the previous week (September 2 through September 6, 2023).

The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold at the SANA exchange rate.

SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is 440,792 rials and the price of $1 is 412,139 rials.

The sale of hydrocarbon products at the Iran Energy Exchange is of great importance to the country’s economy. Through the energy exchange, Iran seeks to provide hydrocarbon products needed by local companies as well as increase exports.
