Turkmenistan State Commercial Bank has launched new 'Overdraft' banking service, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenportal Information Portal.
The new service allows to use a short-term loan at any time, also to make non-cash payments through payment terminals for goods and services in retail and service points of the country.
The service can be activated through the Central office of the State commercial Bank of Turkmenistan or one its branches in the country.
For example, 'Overdraft' can be applied to the bank's Altyn Asyr bank card. When salary is transferred to Altyn Asyr card, the main overdraft debt and accrued interest are automatically deducted.
Earlier, Turkmenistan State Commercial Bank said that bank will increase the cash backs from 0.5 percent to 2 percent during the month of May.
This applied to those cash backs, which are charged to Altyn Asyr bank cards.
