Azerbaijani RabitaBank's assets for 9M2020 grow

Azerbaijani RabitaBank increased its total assets by 31.9 percent from January through September, 2020, Trend reports referring to the bank’s balance sheet.

The bank’s total assets grew by 208.3 million manat ($122.5 million) in annual terms to make up 862 million manat ($507 million). Most of the assets (43.6 percent) accounted for the loan portfolio, the volume of which rose by 15.4 percent, making up 375.5 million manat ($220.8 million).

Business loans made up 223.4 million manat ($131.4 million), which is growth by 29.9 percent year on year. Some 103.3 million manat ($60.7 million) accounted for consumer loans, the share of which slid by 19.8 percent.

Some 26.5 percent of the total assets accounted for cash and the equivalents. Their volume increased by over 2.6 times.

Some 17.2 percent of the loan portfolio fell on real estate property loans in the amount of 64.7 million manat ($38 million).

Some 1.3 percent of the assets fell on loans to other banks and financial institutions in the amount of 11.1 million manat ($6.5 million).

The bank’s deposits to other banks and financial institutions amounted to 48.6 million manat ($28.5 million), and investments in securities - 95.1 million manat ($55.9 million).
