Revenues of the Azerbaijan's Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan totaled 64.7 million manat (more than $38 million) in 2019, Trend reports referring to the ministry.
Income indicators in 2019 decreased by 3.3 times compared to 2018.
In turn, the ministry's expenses amounted to 63.9 million manat ($37.5 million) in 2019.
During 2019, the Ministry's expenses decreased by 3.38 times compared to the figures of 2018.
“The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan has organized a wide range of activities on modernization of telecommunications infrastructure, introduction of new technologies, improvement of regulatory functions, regulation and liberalization of the ICT market, as well as on increase production capacity,” the message said.
According to the results of 2018, the revenues of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan from exchange operations amounted to 177.2 million manat ($104.2 million).
