During the Second Karabakh War, the advantages of robotics, especially, drones and high-tech weapons, were demonstrated, Co-founder of the Azerbaijani Start IT educational center, Azer Sanyly told Trend.
According to the co-founder, it is necessary to develop new technologies to promote the development of the country's non-oil sector.
"This could potentially ensure selling new products in local and foreign markets. Currently, we have a small number of local companies that are already exporting such products," Sanyly said.
“The methodology and level of work and teaching in this area of Azerbaijani organizations differ, but the problems they face are similar. In particular, in the last academic year, the coronavirus pandemic had a negative impact on the quality of classes,” he noted.
“As a robotics training company, we strive to meet new challenges. The goal is to educate a generation that, by offering innovative solutions to foreign countries, will contribute to the development of Azerbaijan, will create a brand in the technological world, connected specifically with our country,” Sanyly said.
“There is always potential, and human resources are its basis. To be successful, we need to properly channel this potential and approach its development with enthusiasm and patience,” said the Start IT co-founder.
