The Uzbek-Korean joint venture Uz-Kor Gas Chemical LLC has announced a tender for supply of equipment, products and materials for construction of the Surgil pumping station.
The following potential suppliers are not allowed to participate in the competitive selection:
- being at the stage of reorganization (merger, accession, division, separation, transformation), liquidation or bankruptcy;
- not having provided all the necessary documents for the competitive selection;
- having improperly fulfilled the obligations assumed under previously concluded contracts;
- being in state of litigation with Uz-Kor Gas Chemical LLC.
