ASTANA, Kazakhstan, November 9. Kazakhstan's Petrosun LLP has shipped diesel fuel at a reduced cost in the amount of 186,368 tons during harvesting operations in Kazakhstan, from July through October 2023, Trend reports.
This is more than 60 percent of the 291,339 tons planned for delivery under the state program for autumn field work.
Deliveries of preferential diesel fuel are carried out in order to support producers in the country’s agricultural sector.
The largest volume of supplies of cheaper petroleum products from Petrosun LLP resources was carried out to Akmola (37 percent), Kostanay (24 percent) and North Kazakhstan (11 percent) regions.
The total supply to the southern regions of Kazakhstan was within 14 percent. Delivery to the western regions did not exceed 4 percent.
Over the past 3 years, the company has shipped 1.27 million tons of diesel fuel at a reduced price.
Petrosun LLP, created in January 2012, is a subsidiary of KazMunayGas JSC and CNPC International in Kazakhstan LLP.
