(www.irna.ir) вЂ" French Foreign Minister Philippe Douste-Blazy Tuesday reiterated Iran's right to access peaceful nuclear technology, saying Iran cannot be deprived of its lawful right.
In an interview with France's TV5 network, he cautioned that Iran may decide to leave the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) if it is denied its legal right to pursue nuclear energy, reports Trend.
"Tehran can then continue its nuclear activities secretly," he said, alluding to the possibility of a more deplorable situation.
In an interview with the French daily `Figaro' Monday, the French foreign minister called for resumption of talks with Iran.
