The average price of per square meter of residential units in the Iranian capital city of Tehran in autumn was 52,385,000 riasl (about $1,500 according to official rate).
According to the statistical center of Iran, the average price has increased by 1.4 percent compared to summer and 17.8 percent compared to the same time of last year.
In the meantime, the latest statistics by the Central Bank of Iran indicate a 13.5 percent jump in the number of sales of residential apartments over the last calendar month to January 20 in the capital Tehran, the country’s largest capital market.
According to the statistics, 19,000 residential apartments were traded in the capital city in the mentioned period, indicating a 13.5 percent increase compared to the same time of last year.
